How are my products shipped?
Small orders of only a few bottles are shipped by the US postal service. Large orders are shipped UPS.
What are the standard shipping costs?
Orders under $100 will cost $10 for shipping. Orders over $100 are shipped free. Overnight delivery costs are determined by weight and location and the cost can be obtained from customer service.
How can I find out the status of my order?
Ensure you have received a shipping confirmation email and locate tracking number.
I’m missing an item from my order. What do I do?
If an item has is missing from your order please check your invoice to ensure that missing item is not on backorder or check your email confirmation for possible multiple tracking numbers. (order may have been sent in multiple packages)
When will my order ship?
Domestic orders will be shipped the same day if received before 12:30 PM Mountain Time otherwise the order is shipped the next day, pending verification of billing information and the shipping method selected. International orders and orders will be processed as quickly as possible.
If your order is held for verification purposes (most commonly billing or address verification) it will ship as soon as we can resolve the issue. This often involves getting clearance from the credit cards or additional information from you.
Will my international order ship within 24 hours?
Unfortunately, no. International orders (orders originating from outside the 50 United States) require verification processes that take longer than domestic orders. This processing time varies by country and by product ordered. We ship these orders out as soon as we can, case by case.
Do I need to set up an account to shop on the website?
If you want to purchase products online you must set up an account.
How do I change my account information?
Log in using your current email address and password. You’ll then be able to change your account information, billing and/or shipping address, email address and password.
